foods work for me, what training style works best for my muscle type and boom… dropped 40 lbs and lived life in my dream body! Even after pregnancy.
I am now in the best shape I have ever been. I can’t lie though… I was so scared that I wouldn’t be able to get my body back because I gained 42 lbs…
I knew I was in for a huge life change.
How was I going to make time for everything? How was I going to balance out my hormones? and then I found out most women suffer with hypothyroid after giving birth so I got freaked out over that because that causes weight gain.
But I was determined. So a month after I gave birth, I was down to my normal weight but this time I took it a step further, I wanted to show moms you can be in the best shape of your life even after you have a baby!
So now, I am 54 lbs lighter than I was when I was pregnant.
